The report format makes it easy to quickly read and comprehend the contents, and the digital photos will really instantly clarify any gray area. There are many inspectors who use reports that are more interested in protecting the inspector's liability, than in providing a report with an easily read format.

Inspection Report Services Members can upload your inspection report to a password-protected area on the web, for easy retrieval later that day, or the next day, or the report can be e-mailed directly to you.

Why wait onsite for your inspector to finish up the report? You can get going as soon as your walk through with the inspector is done. Take the time pressure off the inspector; let the inspector complete the report in his or her own office. This will give the inspector ample time to review the report before he forwards it on to you. If you really want it onsite, just ask the inspector upfront.
