I am still getting used to the software because I am new to home inspecting, but so far it has been easy to use and constructed in a logical manner. I have never used any PDA software like this before, but having the inspection property pre-loaded on my PDA helps me to stay organized at the inspection and allows me to follow a logical path through the inspection. Without it, I would have to memorize a route through the inspection, and that gets very confusing. The software is like a map of the house, it is like a map of the house you are inspecting and without it I would be completely lost. Furthermore, it stores my completed tasks easily during the inspection so I don't overlap and do things twice, which is very possible given the amount of items to inspect. Searching for a particular item is convenient as you have menus which direct you to a certain part of the house where you are inspecting. If you ever get lost during the inspection, like I do, just go to the menu and start inspecting wherever you are at in the house. I could not do a complete inspection without the software as there are too many items/tasks to remember.

You can create a 10 page report or a 100 page report. You could create a much larger library for your Notes sections, and make this the main part of the report, if that's what you want. As with all parts of the software, you can save anything in your library and easily amend it as you see fit for each inspection. The customization abilities of the software are incredible. Make the report that you want!

We provide you with two different libraries:
1. Classic - has everything you need for a thorough report.
2. Basic - If you want your reports a bit more detailed.
Each library has at least 5 templates, add into, and amend these libraries as you see fit. All the libraries were created by a home inspector, not a computer programmer - so you don't have to be a geek to use the program!
